LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Sick Boy is not responsible for any stolen packages. If you live in a questionable area, or you are concerned, please contact us to request a signature. Email us [email protected] or call us 605-571-1003
  • A tracking number is emailed to you when the label is created. It is your responsibility to keep an eye on your package.
  • Lost packages after 21 business days will be given 2 options. Either we will resend the items, or you can request a refund. 
  • Sick Boy is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong given address.

RETURN POLICY:  

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise in original condition, may be returned for refund in the original form of payment, within 60 days of delivery. After that, store credit will be issued. After 120 days items are not eligible for return.  Please read our full return policy.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE:  

  • Items marked "FINAL SALE" in the title of the item.
  • Sale items

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

If the estimated shipping that the website charged you is more than the actual shipping, a credit will be given to you for the difference in cost of shipping. 

Sick Boy does not cover any duties, taxes or custom fees. Customers will be liable for any shipping or additional fees that may arise.

SHIPPING INFO:

Once orders are fulfilled and turned over to postal carriers, those postal carriers are liable to deliver packages in the time frame listed. If orders are delayed by a mail carrier, Sick Boy is not liable to refund any expedited shipping fees paid.

Any order refused at delivery and sent back to Sick Boy will not be refunded shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non refundable. You will be credited the cost of the items returned only.
