All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. Once shipped you should receive your package in 2-3 days. A shipping notification email will be emailed to you once the order has shipped so that you can track your order. If any changes need to be made to an order you have placed, or you need the order by a specific date, please call immediately at (605) 571-1003, or CONTACT US via email.

We are not responsible for stolen packages. If the Post Office tracking confirms that your order was delivered we will not replace your order free of charge. Please track your packages or ship to your place of work, especially during the holidays.

International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail, which is typically 7-10 business days for delivery. Please note that we have experienced some orders held up at local customs for up to 4 weeks, but this is not typical.

All overseas orders (orders shipped outside the USA) are subject to custom fees as we are required to fill out customs papers with the product and cost when the order is shipped.

Due to increased carrier demand, your shipment may be delayed and it may take some time for the tracking information to reflect your package progress. We’ll be sure to keep you updated as much as possible about the status of your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Sick Boy Motorcycles will accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Returned clothing must not have been washed or worn to qualify for an exchange or refund. Merchandise may have been purchase online at www.sickboy.com or at at a show. If the merchandise is defective (a hole, seam coming apart, for example), please CONTACT US for a return authorization before returning the merchandise.

Returns will be credited to the original credit card account.

Returns from overseas orders (orders shipped outside the USA) will be refunded the purchase price for the item, but shipping costs will not be refunded.

To exchange an item for a different size (purchased online or at a show), please send the item back to the Sick Boy address below. Please include a copy of your invoice, or a note with your name, address and telephone number. Also, write the size you need on the invoice or note. No return authorization is needed for a size exchange.
