HOW DO I START A RETURN?

You do not need to contact us for an RA. Simply make sure that the item meets the return or exchange requirements. Get it to us and we will send exchanges back out at no cost to you. 

  1. Unless defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if shipping back items for exchange, we will send the exchanged item back out to you for free. 
  2. Make sure all items are in NEW condition, unworn with tags attached in original packaging, and fragrance free. No marks of any kind. (We can't accept anything that doesn't meet the criteria listed in the return policy.)
  3. Include a copy of your packing slip or invoice If you bought your item at a show, or don’t have a copy of your invoice, please include a note with your full name, address, and phone number. If you want an exchange let us know what size you want in exchange. If you want a refund please state that on your note. 
  4. Please keep a copy of the tracking number for your package as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
  5. Hats and sunglasses must be returned in either original box shipped in or another box. Crushed hats and broken sunglasses returned in bags are not eligible for a refund.

**Once returned, your item will be processed within 7 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition you will receive a refund in the original form of payment.

  • Returned items that aren't eligible for refunds will be returned to customer at their cost.
  • Returns over 120 days will be returned to you at your cost.
  • Original shipping costs are non refundable. You will be credited only the cost of the items returned. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

If a return needs to be made they can be mailed back by the customer to Sick Boy. International returns still need to be made within the 90 day return window.

All return shipping and fees of any kind (including duties, taxes or customs) must also be covered by the customer.

Exchanges will be shipped back out at the customers expense. 

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

You can exchange any item except sale merchandise, or items marked “FINAL SALE"

If you bought your item at a show, or don’t have a copy of your invoice, please include a note with your full name, address, and phone number. 

If you want an exchange let us know what item and size you want in exchange.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise that is in re sellable condition, may be returned for a refund, in the original form of payment, within 60 days of delivery.

Sale merchandise is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchange requests for sale merchandise.

Return requests submitted 60 days after delivery will be eligible for store credit only. After 120 days no returns will be accepted. 

Make sure all items are in NEW condition. Unworn, unwashed and unused with tags attached in original packaging. Items must be fragrance free, neatly folded, no marks of any kind, no deodorant, makeup, or pet hair.  (We can't accept anything that doesn't meet the criteria listed above.)

Hats and sunglasses must be returned in either the original shipping box or another box. Hats and sunglasses returned in bags that are crushed will not be eligible for return or refund. 

Original shipping fees are non refundable. 

*Any items not eligible for return for any of the reasons listed above, will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
