Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2-3 days of placing the order. Orders placed during June-August are shipped once a week, usually within 5 days of placing the order. If you need an order to delivery on a specific date, please Contact Us to expedite the order.

All orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which is typically 2-3 days for delivery. International orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail, which is typically 7-10 business days for delivery. Please note that we have experienced some orders held up at local customs for up to 4 weeks, but this is not typical.

All overseas orders (orders shipped outside the USA) are subject to custom fees as we are required to fill out customs papers with the product and cost when the order is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Sick Boy Motorcycles will accept returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase. Returned clothing must not have been washed or worn to qualify for an exchange or refund. Merchandise may have been purchase online at www.sickboy.com or at at a show. If the merchandise is defective (a hole, seam coming apart, for example), please CONTACT US for a return authorization before returning the merchandise.

Returns will be credited to the original credit card account.

Returns from overseas orders (orders shipped outside the USA) will be refunded the purchase price for the item, but shipping costs will not be refunded.

To exchange an item for a different size (purchased online or at a show), please send the item back to the Sick Boy address below. Please include a copy of your invoice, or a note with your name, address and telephone number. Also, write the size you need on the invoice or note. No return authorization is needed for a size exchange.
